Gordon and Derozette Banks

Gordon Banks is on the forefront of God's purposes for this season. Losing his dad one month before his birth, Gordon went from a single parent household in South Central L.A. to a Stanford University degree in political science. He later went on to fulfill his dream of playing professional football when he was drafted as a wide receiver for the New Orleans Saints, Oakland Invaders (USFL) and then the Dallas Cowboys. He has used his football experiences as a springboard to appeal to both young and old alike. Derozette, a pastor in her own right, hails from Los Angeles and is a former beauty queen. Her anointed ministry has touched the lives of many. She too is a gifted mentor and motivational speaker for women.

Gordon and Derozette love to touch the lives of people in such a way that it inspires them to achieve the greatness that God has placed in them.

Dean and Carrye Crowder, III

Dean is Founder and President of Alpha Alternative Investments, LLC., a Registered Investment Advisor marketing to institutions. During the past 13 years, he has been a Managing Director for a number of key Wall Street firms marketing hedge funds to institutions within the Americas, Europe and Asia. Dean serves on the Advisory Board of X-Change Financial Access, LLC.-- a large agency broker that transacts future contracts. Dean received a BA in Economics from Michigan State University. Carrye holds a BA of Journalism. Currently she owns and operates Crowder Concepts LLC., a successful Public Relations Branding Company based in Texas with global reach. Crowder Concepts, functions as BrandCurator(TM) – Ambassador of Brand Building. Prior to owning Crowder Concepts, Carrye held key Marketing Advertising corporate positions, in the areas of Marketing and Media Communications. Carrye's board experience includes: Board President for a real estate shareholder corporation in Manhattan; Board of Directors Kingsborough Homeowners Association, Plano, TX. and Redemptive Christian Counseling, Carrollton, TX.

Dean and Carrye are long time members and volunteer leaders of Covenant Church Carrollton, Texas, where they currently serve as Prayer Care Coaching Elders. The Crowders' hold additional ministry roles as Advisory Board members of World Missionary Press, New Paris, Indiana.

Dean and Carrye are visionaries with great depth and insight operating both within Corporate Business and the Kingdom of Christ. Equipped with a passion for the nations and keen discernment, they are an asset to the board of Global Renewal.

Vijoy Joseph

Vijoy Joseph committed her life to Christ at a young age and has spent most of her life learning and growing within the church.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas in Austin, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Dallas in Irving. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 15 years of accounting and finance related experience.

Vijoy strongly believes in what Global Renewal is doing to impact Nations with the gospel of Jesus Christ. She feels blessed to serve Global Renewal by overseeing the accounting and financial aspects of the ministry.

Vijoy and her husband Tomy are the parents to two wonderful children, Isabella and Nicolas. They reside in the Dallas, Fort Worth Metroplex, and have been members of Covenant Church for over 12 years.
